4. ASSUMPTION OF RISK

By using our services or participating in shared housing, you voluntarily assume all risks, including but not limited to:

  • Non-payment
    
     

No advance notice is required where permitted by law.

9. USER CONDUCT

You agree NOT to:

• Engage in illegal activity
  
   
• Damage property
  
   
• Harass, threaten, or harm others
  
   
• Misrepresent identity or application information
  
   

Violation may result in permanent ban from services.

10. THIRD-PARTY DISCLAIMER

We may refer users to:

We do NOT guarantee:
